Hey everyone,

Here is part 3 of our 6 part trip to Portugal, Spain and Gibraltar.

Albufeira is a fun spot to visit. Lots of nightlife, day hikes, beaches, and partying... for the younger crowd. If you're looking for more authentic Portugal I would suggest another Algarve town or at least stick to the west side of Albufeira.
But, there is stuff to do for all ages.
We had a great time and managed to score a great hotel room for a week and it only cost us $325.00 Canadian. Remember this was sort of shoulder season but closer to summer so the weather was still warm but prices were down.
We only went out for dinner and drinks a couple of nights but since our hotel had a kitchenette we were able to buy some groceries and cook ourselves nice dinners most of the time while enjoying the sunsets from our balcony.
