The Rugby World Cup might be over but was it the best World Cup ever!?

With virtually all of the knockout matches being great games, plus plenty of excitement in the pool stages, the rugby on the pitch was brilliant.

But were there too many off-field issues with fans to make it the best tournament we've seen.
