#1. Fiji
You'll discover a lot of flight bargains to Fiji because it's a stopover for Fiji Airlines. Many backpackers take advantage of this, forming a little backpacker community. That means low-cost accommodations, transportation, and activities, particularly on the renowned Yasawa Islands.
#2. Central America
Want to see ancient sites, travel through the forest, surf, and eat wonderful food in a place where there are few tourists? El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Guatemala are all minor Central American countries worth visiting. Most affordable hotels are approximately $15 per night, meals are around $3, most bus rides are around the same price, and alcohol is around a dollar.
#3.Cambodia
While all of Southeast Asia might be included, Cambodia is one of my personal favorites. It's cheap, gorgeous, and the people are friendly. A private, air-conditioned room only $20 USD.
#4. China
Since Marco Polo's journey along the Silk Road, China has captivated travelers. While China's days as a super-cheap destination are long gone, it remains a budget destination – and one of Asia's cheapest – with a condition.
#5.South Korea
South Korea is a country that receives little attention. South Korea, in my opinion, is one of the world's best "undiscovered" travel destinations — its rates are comparable to those in Southeast Asia, it's high-tech, the food is delectable and eclectic, the countryside is breathtakingly gorgeous, and the nightlife is great.
#6.India
The Indian rupee used to trade at 39 rupees to the US dollar, despite the fact that India has traditionally been a cheap country. You can now exchange 73 rupees for one dollar, giving you approximately 50% more money to travel with.
#7.Eastern Europe
Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, and Moldova are the cheapest countries on the continent. It's a pity that more people don't travel to this area. I was living like a king for less than $40 a day, paying $8 per night in Ukraine for a room, $1.50 in Bulgaria for a liter of beer, and a few bucks for transportation. Eastern Europe possesses the allure and beauty of Western Europe.
#8.Portugal
Portugal is one of the region's inexpensive countries — and one of my favorites. The first time I came to visit, I fell in love with the land.
#9. Australia
While Australia is an unusual choice for inclusion on a "cheap destinations" list due to its reputation for being exorbitant, it can also be really affordable if you know a few secrets!
#10.Thailand
Thailand is a spectacular country. Thailand is the core of Southeast Asia's backpacking scene, with cheap guesthouses, cuisine, local buses, and sights allowing you to get by on about $25 and $30 per day.
