NEW: Amendments to the Saint Lucia Citizenship by investment Program
The Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment program has made changes to their citizenship offerings that will be effective as of 1 January 2023. The following amendments were approved by the Citizenship by Investment Board
Introduction of a new Bond Offer:
A non-interest bearing government bond:
Applicant and all qualifying dependents of any number US$300,000 with a 5 year holding bond
Administrative fee of US$50,000
note: Legal fees and due diligence fees apply
Reduced Government Approved Real Estate minimum investment:
The fee will be reduced from US$300,000 to US$200,000 for a qualifying investment option
Increased fee for new-born child of a citizen who is twelve months or below from US$500 to US$5,000
Other:
- Due Diligence fee of US$7,500 for developers applying for a CIP approved real estate project or enterprise project
- Increase in fees for lost or damage certificates. The new cost of a lost or damaged certificate is US$500
