한국, 지난해도 남녀 임금격차 OECD 1위 여성이 31.1% 덜받아
South Korea has once again kept its undesirable No. 1 position last year in the pay gap between male and female employees.
The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said on Sunday that South Korea posted a 31-point-one percent gender wage gap, the largest gap among its 39 members.
This means that women earned 31-point-one percent less than men on average.
Korea has topped the list since 1996.
Israel, Japan, Latvia and Estonia had the next largest pay gaps after South Korea.
