PDR training

The goal:
The goal is to form technicians and have students to learn PDR and be able to repair a small dent completely by the end of 2 weeks. Also, learn how to start and repair bigger damage to a good and clean level.
The curriculum will follow the students ability to move to the next step. We will go as far as the students will learn.

Requirements:
- [x] Speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese

Training time is 2 weeks minimum, but 3 to 4 weeks are recommended as PDR is a very hard skill to learn. It usually takes a person 1-2 years to be able to do good PDR work even on small dents, and that is why the industry is well remunerated. We all have to start somewhere, so with a 3-4 weeks of training students will learn the basic techniques of PDR as it’s an endless learning process.
As I service the Tesla locations in the area , there are a good number of Teslas that come in to the shop. Students will have a great learning experience from them.
Every week students will get 40 hours of training. Saturdays will be used to compensate missed hours during the week or for extra training. Saturdays might be half day of training. Training is from Monday - Friday from 8-5 with a one hour lunch break.

- [x] Guidance on best tools to buy when starting your business
- [x] Students will be able to see interactions with customers and cars being repaired at the shop
- [x] Social media and video editing
- [x] After course support over the phone and face time
- [x] Motorcycle tank PDR introduction
- [x] Wheel repair if interested

No smoking at the shop
