This vlog provides an update on the latest real estate action along Queen Street in central Auckland. The street has had lots of activity over the past 12 months. This vlog looks at the COVID19 works that caused outrage from locals, refurbishment of 131 Queen Street for WeWork, refurbishment of 246 Queen Street, the stalled St James Theatre development, and Conrad Properties’ Queens Park Residences.
