Ingredients:
Fish – 750 Gms, cut into medium pieces
Onion, big sized – 1 Nos, sliced
Tomato, big sized - 1 nos, sliced
Ginger – ¾ inch piece, chopped
Garlic – 4-5 cloves, chopped
Green Chillies – 4 - 5 Nos, slit(adjust according to your taste)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Thin Coconut Milk – 2 cups
Thick Coconut Milk – ¾ cup
Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 Teaspoon, optional
Coconut Oil – 2 Tablespoon + Oil to shallow fry
Salt to taste
