The implementation required a group of men tasked with clear roles.
Hitler; The Visionary who was able to instil absolute devotion from his men; an expert in propaganda and manipulation through the study of film and advertising Josef Goebbels; Himmler; a man with the skill for terror and expediting the final solution; Goring; A military man who was part old world and part new world, with a taste for the good life and opportunities brought by absolute power;

Then the introduction of two new characters, Martin Bormann; who became a member of the NSDAP in 1927; married the daughter of an influential NSDAP judge, propelling him into the upper echelons of the Nazi Party as both a party Reichsleiter and a member of the Reichstag; and personal secretary to deputy fuhrer Rudolf Hess, while managing Hitler’s personal finances; and , and Albert Speer; who attended a Nazi rally with Adolf Hitler was “intoxicated” by what he heard and saw and joined the Nazi Party in March 1931; Speer to redesign his new headquarters; exciting Hitler by Speer’s use of huge Nazi flags which in Hitler’s mind was indicative of the power the Nazis had within Germany. Size equalled authority, to renovate the Chancellery in Berlin to become Chief Architect for Nazi Germany including the Berlin Stadium for the 1936 Olympics when Hitler wanted a more classical appearance and Speer suitably adapted the plans.

With everything in place – the execution of the plan was ready.

The episode threads the events from 1926 to September 1 1939.
