Air Portugal has a sale and it’s the perfect escape from the winter weather of the north to the sun filled days of Portugal. ☀️

The weather in Portugal is great this time of year. Here’s my itinerary.????️

????Start in Porto. The compact city is easy to explore and very walkable.

Stop into the many port houses, explore the markets and get your fill of some amazing seafood.

????Rent a Car on Day 3 and head out to the Duoro Valley for some wine tasting a very scenic drive but do it in the daytime especially if your hotel is in the hills. ????

Spend Day 4 -5 Tasting Wine and exploring the valley. ????

But make appointment in advance for the ones you really want to try. Many don’t take walk-ins.

????Head South to Cascais for Day 6-7. This city by the sea is hot spot for celebrities and people looking for an escape from the big city. Check out Sinta while you are there. ????

????Finally on Day 8 head over to Lisbon. Only about a 30 minute drive from Cascais.

Park the car because you don’t want to drive here.

Spend day 8 and 9 exploring the city, then on day 10 head out to check out some the neighboring vineyards nearby or ancient ruins. ????
