If In case, you get into situation to change Employer before Two years
Try negotiating with Employer to get you permanent contract
Send termination of employment form within 15 days from last working day

Apply for change of decision within 90 days from last working day
If your salary increased, designation upgraded or at least remain same and employment contract is provided as permanent within 90 days, then there is no impact on decision on blue card and dependent TRC

1. We would like to inform you that within 15 days of the last day of work, you must notify the governor in writing of the end of your work by official way (send a letter by post or in person at the Submission Desk). This statement isn’t an application, the office doesn’t accept or reject such a document - it is simply information to the office

2. If you change employer, the new employment contract must be issued for the same period as the previous one on the basis of which you received the decision, because the change of permit is issued for the same period as the decision (the duration of the decision/stay card doesn’t change).

3. The person who joins to your card does not have to do anything

4. Waiting time is more or less 2-3 months depending on the documents. It doesn’t matter that you change your position as long as you meet the requirements for the blue card.
