We stayed in Mundial Hotel during our city break in Lisbon.
For a price and location this is a great deal. Hotel itself isn't very special but it has everything what I need, in a good standard and what is the most important clean and tidy.
Perfect location for discovering the city. Walking distance to many attractions. Just a couple of steps to bus and tram stops.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy, plenty of pubs and bars just around the corner, tasty breakfast... Really... what else do you need for a city break? :)

I recommend this hotel!
