China, which is going through a major wave of infections after dismantling its stringent Covid Zero policy in recent weeks, has reopened its borders Sunday. The Covid Zero strategy left the world's second-biggest economy isolated for three years and weighed heavily on growth. Stephen Engle reports on Bloomberg Television.
