3 weeks and 3,500 mile motorcycle adventure winds to a spectacular close. Riding from camp along the Salmon River the seasonal trail takes me through what I call the Alps of Idaho. Stupendous views give way to the dry and heat of the lower elevations as I head back home through Washington's Cascades skirting Mt Saint Hellen. There were tough days but, no bad days!
