BUY a YACHT, Go SAILING...it will be LOVELY they said! THEY LIED!!
We're anchored off Inhaca Island (Mozambique) waiting for the official yacht race to start but with a 40 knot southerly expected, what do we do??
Before the storm, we enjoy a beautiful calm day on Portuguese Island (neighbouring island off Inhaca), for a braai (barbecue) and say goodbye to Kurt.
After 3 days of stormy rainy weather at anchor, and getting cabin fever, we find a good window to sail back to South Africa - but is it a race??
If you want sail to South Africa, make sure you register with OSASA (Ocean Sailing Association of South Africa) for a smooth and pleasant check in procedure. Go to https://www.OSASA.org.za.
Thanks for watching!
Much love,
Captain Robin, Charlotte, sailor girl Moya and Midnight, our sailing cat!
