ONE DAY IN LISBON, PORTUGAL

Today we leave Morocco and fly to Lisbon, Portugal. We only have 24 hours here so we drop off our bags at our hostel, grab some breakfast, and begin exploring! We first stop at the Praça do Comércio and then make our way up Rue Augusta to the Elevador de Santa Justa. We then walk through Bairro Alto and catch a train over to Belem. While there we marvel at the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, enjoy a tasty lunch, and then explore the gorgeous Mosteiro dos Jerónimos. We head back to the hostel to take care of some unexpected flight stuff and then head out to the old town in search of Fado music and dinner. We meet some guys from the UK and then grab one more drink at a Medieval bar before heading back to the hostel.
