Let's Tour Gaeiras, Portugal! Can Your Family Live Here? Silver Coast Portugal

Hope you all had a great weekend.

I thought it would be fun to get away from the beach towns and tour a town that is a bit more inland. Today we will be touring Gaeiras. A small town located just south of Caldas da Rainha. The town has a smaller population of about 2500 residents.

Inside the town, you have the following amenities

???? Pharmacy
???? Mini Market
⛪️ A church
???? A few restaurants
☕️ Coffee shops
???? Clothing store
???? A flower shop
???? Bars
⚽️ Indoor Soccer
???? Creche and Primary schools

And so much more!

Based on Idealista, the prices of homes are very reasonable.

There are T4 townhouses going for around 160k and T5 going for the same price. There are also some fixer uppers priced around 40k.
