On the banks of the river Zêzere is a true national treasure, the village of Dornes, in the middle of the Templar region.
Among the many magical corners that we can find throughout Portugal, there are not many that offer the charm of Dornes. The riverside town, one of the seven wonders of Portugal in the villages category, is located on the banks of the Zêzere, the largest tributary of the Portuguese Tagus, and is a place where natural beauty mixes with history, or it wasn’t the land of the Templars.

A localidade ribeirinha, uma das sete maravilhas de Portugal na categoria das aldeias, fica nas margens do Zêzere, o maior afluente do Tejo português, e é um local onde a beleza natural se mistura com a história, ou não fosse terra de Templários.
